Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 24 March 2011 the Company issued
and allotted 10,304 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 31 March 2011
following the exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription
shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 61,548,170.

The conversion rights attached to a total of 11,582,543 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
