Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 22 July 2011 the Company issued and
allotted 7,875 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 29 July 2011 following the
exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 61,628,970.

The conversion rights attached to a total of 11,501,743 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
