Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 23 August 2011 the Company issued
and allotted 20,556 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 31 August 2011
following the exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription
shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 61,649,526.

The conversion rights attached to a total of 11,481,187 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
