Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 2 September 2010 the Company issued
and allotted 14,505 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 31 August 2010
following the exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription
shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 60,993,348

The conversion rights attached to a total of 12,137,365 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
