Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 3 January 2011 the Company issued
and allotted 2,537 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 30 December 2011
following the exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription
shares.
The total issued ordinary share capital is now 60,956,241.
The conversion rights attached to a total of 11,476,972 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
