Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 30 April 2013 the Company issued
and allotted 82,795 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 30 April 2013
following the exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription
shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 56,732,808.

The conversion rights attached to a total of 11,197,405 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
