Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 01 February 2013 the Company issued
and allotted 5,646 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 31 January 2013
following the exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription
shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 57,227,703.

The conversion rights attached to a total of 11,442,510 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
