and allotted 1,078 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 30 November 2012
following the exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription
shares.
The total issued ordinary share capital is now 57,292,339.
The conversion rights attached to a total of 11,452,874 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
