Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 1 March 2012 the Company issued and
allotted 5,856 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 29 February 2012 following
the exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 60,862,097.

The conversion rights attached to a total of 11,471,116 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
