Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 28 September 2012 the Company
issued and allotted 480 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 28 September 2012
following the exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription
shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 59,377,261.

The conversion rights attached to a total of 11,453,952 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
