Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 1 June 2012 the Company issued and
allotted 1,069 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 31 May 2012 following the
exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 60,048,741.

The conversion rights attached to a total of 11,454,472 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
