Fidelity Asian Values PLC announces that on 28 February 2013 the Company issued
and allotted 86,986 ordinary 25p shares with effect from 28 February 2013
following the exercise of the conversion rights attached to the subscription
shares.

The total issued ordinary share capital is now 57,144,689.

The conversion rights attached to a total of 11,355,524 subscription shares
have not yet been exercised.
