The prospectus of the Company dated 26 October 2016 (the "Prospectus") relating to a proposed bonus issue of Subscription Shares to existing Shareholders announced earlier today has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and has been published. The Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where it will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. Additionally the Company has also published a Circular pertaining to the Subscription Share issue which will also be available on the website of the Company, at www.fidelityinvestmenttrusts.com.
