Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
notify the market of the following:-

Fidelity Asian Values PLC's issued share capital consists of 113,974,200
ordinary shares with voting rights. Fidelity Asian Values PLC holds no shares
in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity Asian Values PLC is
113,974,200.

The above figure (113,974,200) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity Asian
Values PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
