Total Voting Rights

Fidelity Asian Values PLC

Voting Rights and Capital as at 31 March 2012.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.

During the month of March 2012 Fidelity Asian Values PLC repurchased 730,000 of
its own shares. 12,457 ordinary shares were issued following the exercise of
conversion rights attaching to subscription shares.

As at 31 March 2012 Fidelity Asian Values PLC's issued share capital consists
of 60,144,554 ordinary shares with voting rights and 11,458,659 subscription
shares without voting rights. Fidelity Asian Values PLC holds no shares in
Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity Asian Values PLC is
60,144,554.

The above figure (60,144,554) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity Asian
Values PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
