Total Voting Rights

Fidelity Asian Values PLC

Voting Rights and Capital as at 31 May 2013.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.1

During the month of May 2013 Fidelity Asian Values PLC repurchased 250,000
ordinary shares.

As at 31 May 2013 Fidelity Asian Values PLC's issued share capital consisted of
56,482,808 ordinary shares with voting rights and 11,197,405 subscription
shares without voting rights. Fidelity Asian Values PLC holds no shares in
Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity Asian Values PLC at 31
May 2013 was 56,482,808.
