This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.1.

 

As at 15 February 2013 Fidelity Asian Values PLC's issued share capital
consists of 57,057,703 ordinary shares with voting rights and 11,442,510
subscription shares without voting rights. Fidelity Asian Values PLC holds no
shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity Asian Values PLC is
57,057,703.

 

The above figure (57,057,703) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity Asian
Values PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
