Issue of Equity

Fidelity China Special Situations PLC

 

The Company announces the issue of 6,250,000 ordinary shares at 112.3p per
ordinary share on 13 April 2011, each fully paid under its block listing
facility.

As at 18 April 2011 the issued share capital will be 662,654,480 and the number
of voting rights will be 662,654,480.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
                                

 

Following this issue the Company has the ability to issue 999,999 ordinary
shares under its block listing facility dated 10 June 2010 and 65,640,447
ordinary shares under its second blocking facility dated 9 March 2011.
