Issue of Equity

Fidelity China Special Situations PLC

 

The Company announces the issue of 9,050,000 ordinary shares at 119p per
ordinary share on 20 December 2010, each fully paid under its block listing
facility.

As at 21 December 2010 the issued share capital will be 498,750,000 and the
number of voting rights will be 498,750,000.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
                                

 

Following this issue the Company has the ability to issue 7,249,999 ordinary
shares under its block listing facility.
