Cancellation of Trading and Listing of C Shares

Fidelity China Special Situations PLC (the "Company") announces that following
the conversion of its C Shares into Ordinary Shares of the Company, trading in
its C Shares on the London Stock Exchange, and the listing of its C Shares on
the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, were cancelled with effect from
8 a.m. today.
