Changes to the Annual Management Fee

The Board of Fidelity China Special Situations PLC announces that it has agreed
with the Manager that as of 1 April 2013 the Annual Management Charge will be
reduced from 1.5% to 1.2% per annum.

All other fees will remain unchanged.
