Transaction in Own Shares

                             Repurchase of Shares                              

Fidelity China Special Situations PLC announces that the Company on 16 April
2015 bought into Treasury 500,000 of its own shares at a price of 166.74 pence
per share. The total number of Ordinary shares in issue is 571,354,480. This
figure includes these 500,000 ordinary shares held in Treasury which attract no
voting rights.
