Transaction in Own Shares
Fidelity China Special Situations PLC announces that the Company on 11 March
2016 bought into Treasury 175,000 of its own shares at a price of 125.7 pence
per share. The total number of Ordinary shares in issue is 571,354,480. This
figure includes 16,125,000 Ordinary shares held in Treasury as a result of this
share repurchase, which attract no voting rights.
