The Company announces that Mr Robert Walther has retired as a Director and
Chairman of Fidelity European Values PLC. Mr Humphrey van der Klugt has been
appointed Chairman and Mr James Robinson has been appointed Senior Independent
Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee.

All changes are with effect from 18 May 2010.
