Directorate and Chairman Changes

The Board of Fidelity European Values PLC announces that Humphrey van der Klugt, Chairman, will be stepping down from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2016 and that Vivian Bazalgette, Director, will take over as Chairman from that date.

The Board would like to thank Mr van der Klugt on behalf of the Board, Fidelity and shareholders for his invaluable contribution to the Company over the years.
