Announcement of proposed interim dividend

The Board of Fidelity European Values PLC is pleased to announce that it will
pay an interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2009. The
interim dividend payment will be made in March 2010 instead of a final dividend
payment in May 2010. The amount of interim dividend and the payment, record and
ex-dividend dates will be announced in due course.
