Loan - rollover

The Board of Fidelity European Values PLC announces that on 29 March 2007 it
rolled over €15,000,000 of a €25,000,000 revolving credit facility with Lloyds
TSB Bank plc for a further three months to 29 June 2007.

The facility as a whole matures on 15 December 2011.
