Publication of Circular
The Company has today published a circular (the "Circular") to Shareholders
detailing the Board's recommendation to make changes to the Company's
investment policy in order to permit:
• An increase in the maximum amount of the Company's gross assets which can be
invested in UK stocks from 5% to 20%; and
• An enhancement in the Company's ability to use derivatives.
An ordinary resolution to approve the changes to the investment policy will be
proposed at a general meeting of the Company to be held at 10.30 a.m. on 15
December 2014, notice of which is set out in the Circular.
A copy of the Circular will shortly be available on the Company's webpages
which can be found at www.fidelity.co.uk/its. The Circular has also been
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
