Voting Rights and Capital - further announcement

Further to the announcements made on behalf of the Company on 29 December 2006,
4, 5, 12 and 16 January 2007, the Company has bought back shares for
cancellation and so an announcement is required in conformity with the
Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6:-

Fidelity European Values PLC's issued share capital consists of 62,307,529
ordinary shares with voting rights. Fidelity European Values PLC holds no
shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity European Values PLC is
62,307,529.

The above figure (62,307,529) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity European
Values PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
