Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
notify the market of the following:-

Fidelity European Values PLC's issued share capital consists of 62,445,652
ordinary shares with voting rights. Fidelity European Values PLC holds no
shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity European Values PLC is
62,445,652.

The above figure (62,445,652) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity European
Values PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
