Results of General Meeting

26 August 2014

At a General Meeting held on 26 August 2014, the Resolution set out in the
Notice of General Meeting contained in the prospectus published by the Company
on 22 July 2014 (the "Prospectus") in relation to the bonus issue of
Subscription Shares and the adoption of New Articles of Association was passed
as a special resolution on a show of hands without amendment.

Proxy votes in favour of the resolution were 99.48% of the votes cast. Further
details of the Proxy results will shortly be available on www.fidelity.co.uk/its

A copy of the Resolution and the New Articles have been submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be made available for inspection
at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
