Voting Rights and Capital as at 31 March 2010.
This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.
During the month of March 2010 Fidelity Japanese Values PLC did not repurchase
any of its own shares. On 02 March 2010 it was announced that 59,156 ordinary
shares had been issued with effect from 26 February 2010 following an exercise
of 59,156 subscription shares.
As at 31 March 2010 Fidelity Japanese Values PLC's issued share capital
consists of 95,636,609 ordinary shares with voting rights and 19,056,225
subscription shares without voting rights. Fidelity Japanese Values PLC holds
no shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity Japanese Values PLC is
95,636,609.
The above figure (95,636,609) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity Japanese
Values PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
