This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.1

As at 12 February 2016 the Company’s issued share capital consists of 114,038,356 ordinary shares with voting rights and 22,527,339 subscription shares without voting rights. Fidelity Japanese Values PLC holds no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity Japanese Values PLC is 114,038,356.

The above figure (114,038,356) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity Japanese Values PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
