The Board of Fidelity Special Values PLC is pleased to confirm that, with
effect from 26 October 2010, Sharon Brown has been appointed as Chairman of the
Audit Committee in place of Lynn Ruddick. As previously announced, Lynn Ruddick
was appointed Chairman of the Board on 9 July 2010.
