Appointment of Non-executive Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Nigel Foster as Non-executive Director with effect from 1 September 2015. He will also serve as a member of the Management Engagement, Nomination and Audit Committees of the Board.

Mr. Foster has over thirty years’ experience in the financial services industry, and in particular derivatives. Until recently, he was the Head of Trading & Liquidity Strategies Group for the EMEA region and Global Head of Derivatives at BlackRock. He was the Chief Executive at E-Crossnet and set up and ran the pan-European equity crossing network for major investment institutions. Mr. Foster was also a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and a fund manager at Robert Fleming (now part of JP Morgan).

There is no other information to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R in respect of Mr. Foster. As at the date of this announcement, he has no beneficial interests in the ordinary shares of the Company.
