The Board of Fidelity Special Values PLC ("the Company") announces that on 16
January 2009 the Company repaid a Fixed Term Loan with Royal Bank of Scotland
PLC for £8 million.
Following repayment, the Company will have the following loans in place:-
Barclays Bank fixed rate unsecured loan of £27 million with a maturity date of
26 January 2010; and
Abbey National Treasury Services revolving credit facility of £20 million at an
initial rate to be determined with a final maturity date on or around 23April
2009 (nil drawn down).
