Transaction in Own Shares - correction

Fidelity Special Values PLC advises that the following replaces the transaction
in own shares announcement released on 9 November 2007 at 15:41 under RNS
number PRNUK-0911071539-FDDE. The price per share should have read 565.81 pence
and not 566 pence as previously announced. All other details remain unchanged.

Fidelity Special Values PLC announces that the Company, on 9 November 2007,
repurchased 45,290 of its own shares for cancellation at a price of 565.81
pence per share. The total number of ordinary shares now in issue is
58,621,283.
