Fidelity Special Values PLC announces that the Company on 20 June 2014 bought
into Treasury 75,000 of its own shares at a price of 923 pence per share. The
total number of ordinary shares in issue is 54,128,896. This figure includes
75,000 ordinary shares held as Treasury shares which attract no voting rights.
