Change of Auditors

The Company Announces that it has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as
auditors to the Company. This follows a competitive tender process and is on
the recommendation of, and overseen by, the Audit Committee.
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP will be proposed for re-appointment as auditor of
the Company at the next Annual General Meeting to be held in February 2015.

In accordance with Section 520(2) of the Companies Act, a letter has been
posted to shareholders.
