APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR
The Board of the Company is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Neil A
Collins as a Director of the Company, with effect from the conclusion of the
Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 30 January 2008.
Mr Collins was City Editor of The Daily Telegraph for nearly 20 years until he
retired from the position in 2005 and is a columnist for the London Evening
Standard. He attended Cambridge University where he obtained an Honours degree
in Mechanical Sciences. He is a Director of Templeton Emerging Markets
Investment Trust PLC.
There are no matters to be disclosed under listing rule 9.6.13.
