APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR
Further to an announcement made on 11 December 2007, the Board of the Company
is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Neil A Collins as a Director of
the Company.
Mr Collins was City Editor of The Daily Telegraph for nearly 20 years until he
retired from the position in 2005 and is a columnist for the London Evening
Standard. He attended Cambridge University where he obtained an Honours degree
in Mechanical Sciences. He is a Director of Templeton Emerging Markets
Investment Trust PLC.
There are no matters to be disclosed under listing rule 9.6.13.
