FINSBURY GROWTH & INCOME TRUST PLC
Second Interim Dividend
The Board has declared a second interim dividend of 4.8p per share in respect
of the year ending 30 September 2007, such dividend will be paid on 2 November
2007 to shareholders on the register on 28 September 2007.
The Board does not intend to recommend a final dividend in respect of the year
ending 30 September 2007. The total dividend paid for the year will be 9.0p per
share (2006: 8.4p per share, excluding a special dividend of 2.3p per share
paid in August 2006), an increase of 7.1% on the previous year. The shares will
go ex-dividend on 26 September 2007.
