guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 9 July 2009 was 195.88p (ex
income) 198.69p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,948,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 9 July 2009 was 195.70p (ex income) 198.40p (cum income).
