guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 23 July 2009 was 210.56p (ex
income) 213.58p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,898,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 23 July 2009 was 210.22p (ex income) 213.12p (cum income).
