guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 3 August 2009 was 213.08p (ex
income) 216.02p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,598,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 3 August 2009 was 212.80p (ex income) 215.66p (cum income).
