Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 4 August 2009 was 213.93p (ex
income) 216.88p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,598,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 4 August 2009 was 213.66p (ex income) 216.52p (cum income).
