guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 8 April 2009 was 186.58p (ex
income) 185.72p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,543,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 8 April 2009 was 186.19p (ex income) 185.37p (cum income).
