guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 4 December 2009 was 248.14p (ex
income) 248.76p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,712,337 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 4 December 2009 was 247.71p (ex income) 248.31p (cum income).
