Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 28 August 2009 was 224.87p (ex
income) 228.53p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,775,750 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 28 August 2009 was 224.56p (ex income) 228.09p (cum income).
