guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 30 April 2010 was 278.72p (ex
income) 279.19p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,083,011 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 30 April 2010 was 278.27p (ex income) 278.73p (cum income).
